Bookings, card payments, weekly plans and the admin behind them.
Type in a reg, the bike's details and MOT history fill in, and AI drafts the advert for Loz to check.
Letters and packs made from the case details, not copied from the last one.
WhatsApp, text and email follow-ups that send themselves, after asking for consent on each channel.
And anything else your business runs on: quotes and invoices, staff and job tracking, customer logins, shop tills, reports, the lot. If you can describe it, we can build it.

A vehicle-buying business. Every enquiry is answered and followed up by the system, and the team works from one screen.

Thanks to Henry, our website stands out against the crowd, and the backend and workflows he built save us 100+ hours of admin every month. I can focus on running the business instead of chasing my tail.

Honestly, it's how we run the shop now, not just a website. […] Listing a bike used to eat a whole evening. Now it's done in minutes.

A shop till and online shop. Online repair booking is already live on the website.
Bookings, card payments, weekly plans and the admin behind them, for a dog adventure bus.

The question every owner asks before buying software, answered before you call.
We don’t charge per user. Hosting and any outside services, like card payments or WhatsApp, are priced up front.
Step 1: A free 30-minute call.
Tell us the task your team keeps doing by hand, the tools you use now and what's going wrong. We'll tell you honestly whether software is the answer.
Step 2: Planning, for bigger builds.
A paid planning stage from £1,500: a written plan you own that settles how your old data moves across, staff training, testing and rollout. If you go ahead, its fee comes off the build price.
Step 3: A fixed price in writing.
A written quote with a fixed price and a start date. Pay half to start and half at launch.
Step 4: We build it, you own it.
You see it take shape from the first week, and it's yours from day one.
From £8,000. Typically £12,000 to £30,000, priced one by one.

No. From £8,000 is where this kind of build starts. A system for customer records, bookings, payments or a shop till is usually £12,000 to £30,000, and each one is priced on its own. The free call establishes what you need. Bigger builds start with paid planning; the build price is fixed in writing before development starts. The price doesn't move unless what you ask for does.
Yes. If HubSpot, a £30-a-month Shopify app or Citrus-Lime does the job, you'll hear that on the free call and keep your budget. Custom software earns its keep when it has to match how your business really runs, such as a regulated claims process, or a workshop and a shop floor in one till.
We can assess that on the call. In planning, we agree which records need moving, how they will be checked, and how your team will start using the new system.
Often. We've already connected systems to DVLA and DVSA vehicle data, WhatsApp, text and email, and card payments. For anything else, we check on the call before we quote.
You own the code from day one, so nothing is held back. Every build is written up, a named backup developer is in the contract, and care plans have response times in writing.
You do. The code, the hosting account, the domain and every other service are set up in your name or moved to it at handover. We keep access only for as long as a care plan says we should.
Hosting from £75 a month keeps it online and backed up. Care plans from £400 a month add updates, security fixes, checks and a direct line with a response time in writing. Growth and Scale add ongoing improvements. Three-month minimum, then month to month.
