- We are FCA or SRA regulated. Can you work within that?

Builds carry role-based access, a change log on the records that matter, and a data processing agreement in the contract; hosting, retention and access are agreed in writing before anything is built.
- Will it replace our practice or case management system?
- Not necessarily. Often the right answer is to keep the core system and build the intake, documents and chasing around it, connected through its API or exports.
